Lido of Venice is a long strip of land between the lagoon and the sea, well known for its sandy gold beaches. At its south-end is the beautiful beach of Alberoni, with its extensive pineta WWFand the famous 18 holes Golf Course as well .

Here in Alberoni, right in front of the entrance to the Golf Course, is located the Vecio Cantier, the most characteristic of Lido’s restaurants.
You can reach the restaurant either by land (10 minutes bus or car from the main boat station of Lido) or by sea (private darsena).
